Built for Etsy sellers, not accountants

Your Etsy sales look good. What did you actually keep?

We’re testing a one-time report that turns Etsy CSVs and your cost inputs into per-order profit estimates, loss flags, and target-margin price scenarios.

Illustrative USD inputs. Excludes tax/VAT and labor; actual fees vary.

Sellers describe downloading statements, classifying fees in Excel, then returning order by order for variants and SKUs.

THE CURRENT WORKAROUNDCSV → spreadsheet → Etsy → COGS sheet → repeat

Why this exists

The spreadsheet is doing five jobs badly.

01

Fees hide in different places

Listing, transaction, processing, ad, regulatory, and refund costs rarely appear in one useful view.

02

COGS live in another spreadsheet

Materials, packaging, labor, Printify, and shipping need to be joined manually with Etsy exports.

03

Revenue looks like profit

A bestseller can quietly lose money while the dashboard celebrates sales. The proposed report would flag it order by order.

One input. One useful answer.

A focused true-profit check.

Join the research list first. Selected pilot sellers will receive the exact data instructions, delivery time, and price before deciding whether to share a CSV or pay anything.

Before you upload anything

Clear boundaries.

Do you need my Etsy password?

No. Joining the research list needs only an email and shop type. A later report would use exported CSV files, never your password.

Is this tax or accounting advice?

No. It is a pricing and profitability report for operational decisions.

Where does my data go?

This page stores your email, shop type, order-volume band, current method, referral source, and consent timestamp for up to 60 days. It does not accept order data or CSVs. Any later file pilot will state its deletion policy before upload.

Why not another dashboard?

The hypothesis is narrower: one estimate of what each order kept and what price may reach a target margin.
